I think that you've been watching too many Hollywoodfilms. I haven't actually witnessed this or heard or suction/air in Open space. There really is none.
In the case above, Magneto's sheild enduring "the vaccum" of space is completely irrelevant.
Im not sure what storms winds can exert per square ince, but it's pretty strong.
Plus, the air would be moving so fast he wouldn't be able to breath anyway.

you are right about the shuttle thing my point is that if there was any flaw in mags shield then the moment he entered space he would be dead. There for if the shield is up the wind is not going to affect him.
I think Exodus was right when he made the realization that mags took down his shield before the storm thing. It's the only way those scans make since. Still that means storm did not break his shield (no evidence she broke it in anyway) If he is right then i'm incline to take back my PIS remark.
