Black Panther vs Deathstroke

OK this is Slade vs T'Challa in a best or 3 round battle!

Round 1
No prep, no weapons, and no armor. Strictly hand to hand.

Round 2
No prep, normal gear.

Round 3
One week of prep each but no outside help. They are only allowed to use their own resources. So T'Challa can use pretty much anything from Wakanda and Slade can use anything from his own vast fortune. They cannot use help from alleys thou.

Who takes this?

Hmm... lemme re-consider the first one.

On further thought, I'd say Deathstroke wins the first one, do to his intellectual and speed advantage.

BP still takes the other two though

Deathstroke wins in the first.

He'd probably manage to win in the second, due to his power staff and promethium sword, though Panther could pull the win there.

The third, Panther wins by default. He has the most technologically advanced nation on Earth backing him. My roommate could win with that kind of backing, and....he's not the brightest bulb.
