I was wondering how you make your sig clickable so that when it's clicked on, it accesses a particular link?

and can you place more then 1 link in your sig?

The text has a limit of 8 lines.

What information goes in the "address" spot?

And what goes in the "signature code tag" spot? (if anything)

adress spot is the link you want to put into your image. Such as www.google.com and stuff. Signature code tag is when you upload your sig and the direct link to your sig.
