The Phalnyx on their own aren't exactly smart enough to pull off a plan this big.

Plus its nice to see Ultron pulling off something this big, for once. I mean he's always been a major villain, but he's never done anything to this level before.

I picked it up and it has promise, I kinda dig Warlock's new design but Ultron?

Apoc would have made more sense, but he's MIA being the Celestials's *****. Why Ultron? This creates a continuity cluster****. AW doesn't have the soul gem, so why is he going nuts from people dying?

No it doesn't. The events of Mighty Avengers 1-6 take place in a single day, the events of Annihilation Conquest take place months later.

It wouldn't really matter if it happened at the same time as MA or not, IMO. It wouldn't surprise me if Ultron had more than one copy of himself running around.
