Fact is that if the two face Warhulk in the same manner Odin faced Thanos, they go down and fast.

Warhulk owned two top tiers in seconds and stopped a running Juggernaut, a feat that the full power of mjolnir could not replicate (the godblast slowed the juggernaut, it did not stop it).
