Yep Black Bolt can Amp, he went H2H with the Thing while amped.

Its a tough one to call, in a pure slug fest, maybe 6/10 to Black bolt.

BB wins 6/10 in a fist fight but if he opens his mouth just for a whisper then it's 8-9/10.

Does "strictly HtH" include the Master Blow?

I don't know why people always use the scream as the benchmark of Black Bolt's most powerful attack. In a battle against many foes, the scream would be useful, the Master Blow is MUCH more damaging to a single opponent.

I am sure the calculations are based in the likelihood of rain taken over an even distribution of earthly locations upon which the two have fought over the years -- hence the advantage to Namor.

Did the Master blow KO the Thing? I thought it only knocked him back.

Either way, Black Bolt is like a class 60 when he's amplified, not enough to take out Namor.

Namor can swim!

Isn't Namor a better MArtist than BB?

BB win but he would have to fight hard to get it.
