Flash 1M doesn't have many feats, all we really know is what I've already posted in this thread.
However, it was already stated by the members of the current JLA, that the JLA 1M's members are far more powerful then they are.....
So by that statement, we can assume Flash 1M has speed/abilities at least on par with the current Flash.

Hourman gave up all but a tiny fraction of the Worlogog's power early on in the story, and spread the rest of it's power throughout the timelines...

Batman 1M's "Datarangs" not only are intangible, but once they pass through a person they mark that person's genetic code, which enables Batman to find them no matter where they might be:
