i was thinking about it....what if the near death expiernce changed Eddie? what if with the symbiote on now he actually IS a good guy? and he goes buckwild on MacGargen (however you spell it, Scorpian) and the entire Thunderbolts team?

He didn't die. He slit his wrists but after that he was seen in a hospital bed watching as Spider-Man unmasked in Frontline. I'd hate to see him have a sort of "near death experience" and come back a good guy. I want him back to wanting to eat brains, but still give him his twisted sense of "justice" and need to protect the "innocents"

Bring back Brock, what the **** were they thinking?

Actually I like Scorps as Venom. I'm a Brock fan, but I think its too soon to bring him back. Especially since we haven't really seen what Gargan can do with the symbiote yet.

At least let him have serious fight with Spider-Man first.

True. Anyway I dont think the fans will stand for it. Its like when they replaced Cap with John Walker, it was only a matter of time before they changed him back. At any rate I guess its nice to change things for a bit.

I wouldn't want to see him go back at the whole "KILL JONAH!!11 KILL SPIDEY!11 KILL SANDY!!11" Of course he needs to be a menacing bad guy, with some secret motives. He shouldn't turn into that Lethal protector sh*t. That was just so 90-teeeens.

Maybe he should find some other motives or urges. He was quite one dimensional at times. Maybe he should pwn Sentry for killing his "deeply loved" son 🙂 And, Toxin should GTFO.

I agree he should lay off the Spidey for a while. Not forgive him or anything, just take it easy. The trick with that is that Venom is a mostly hate driven character. His motives have been driven by his hate for Spider-Man and Carnage. Carnage is dead and Spider-Man is out there, but him going after him again would seem so contrived imo. Give the guy some new, and sinister, motivators.
