Batman(with a twist) v. Mephisto/Blackheart

This takes place in Hell. Batman possesses the Medallion of Power. He is fully versed in its power. He has the complete Medallion of Power. How far does he get in Hell? Does he becomes the new ruler? Do Mephisto and his son stand any sort of chance against a man full of power?
