Both Odin & Surtur were seemingly destroyed. Though Surtur would be revived by Loki in the Oeming arc.

Doom vs Asgardians & then Odin: Odin didn't last long, but he of course shouldn't with all the power Doom has, he does stand with Doom for a bit.

Silver-Age Odin vs the Absorbing Man - (J.I.M.#122-123)

Here Creel, led by Loki, battles his way through Asgard to the Imperial throneroom

and confronts Odin himself...

Here Creel, absorbing the power of Odin's cyclonic bolt, overwhelms Thor who is trying to help his father.

Odin decides to "surrender" to Creel - and Loki makes an appearance

Loki and Creel decide who is going to control Odin's sceptre and "rule" Asgard, while Thor protests to a strangely apathetic Odin.

And Odin reveals he was in fact not beaten, but merely studying them- and defeats and banishes two of the most dangerous villains in the Marvel Universe with a thought.

Surtur vs Odin is his Giant form(this is the whole fight) Earlier in the issue,Loki was using attacks and fakes of his image to buy time.ThenOdin was released from his icy prison,and the Asgardian trio were driving Surtur back from the Eternal Flame.Surtur attempted to cut through the ground and connect the fires of Muspelheim with the energies of the Etrnals flame.That was delayed at first.And then thwarted.Finally,what you see below: (Thor #353)

Odin in #40 was weakened heading in vs Surtur:

(He combined his powers with the remaining Designate ones
to kill Surtur,at the cost of his own life.)
