Okay, first take H/P Doomsday, then have Galactus make him a Herald so he gets the PC, Odin grants him a mystical hammer and powers like he did to BRB, he gets a GL ring, Loki amps his power a thousand fold, he gets the Quantum Bands, Thor's Rune Power, Surtur's Twilight Sword and casket of Ancient Winters, and merges with the Fury at full power.

Odin, DS, Ganthet, Any High yield magical user, MOlecule man, mr mxy, the IB, abstracts, the list goes on and on. Especilly since even with all that power, Doomdsay is still adumb ass.
