The simile was fine and worked effectively.

Seraphim, you haven't been here long enough to be able to tell whats good and bad.

But everything on KMC has been done before.

The first thing we should do is paint everything purple.

People complain about how KMC is compared to how it used to be all the time, and have been for years.

However, there IS no way of 'fixing' it. New people are going to join, the site's going to keep getting bigger, and things are going to keep changing. As more people join, more forums get created as there's more interest in them.

And really, it's only the OTF that's changed for the worse over time, and that's for the sheer fact that pretty much everything's been done before...and even that is purely up to one's opinion. Most of the other forums have gotten better as there's more people, more interest, and more activity.
