Respect KMC Comic Tournaments

I wish we could have finished that tourney BW. It was fun.

Updated through Id's tourney (XVII), and I added a (currently blank) entry for PG's tourney that's happening right now.

Also did some cleanup work on the first few posts and mini-tourneys. All data in the opening few posts should be up-to-date through tourney XVII.

Interesting note, Scoob helped out the female, DC, and Indie quotient with his last winning team (Enchantress, Brit, Jay Garrick). Male Marvel characters still dominate, though.
