i just have one question, is it actually based in the 50s/60s or is it just based on the heroes from then?

4)Brief history: a fairly popular muscician he is very wealthy and pretty smart. he gained his powers by being in the way of gamma ray testing.... dont ask what he was doing there but his changed him on an atomic level, and sometimes at night he glows a little
5)Powers: Reality warper, and basic cyrokenisis (nothing special iceman's powers basically right after he learned to make ice and turn into ice)

4) Carmen is from a family with many skills which makes her the perfect Thief. Her mother taught her lock picking and other mechanical how to’s, while her father taught her how to use a gun and twin swords. Her grandparents taught her a few tricks of the triad as well, but none have her powers. When she posses as Filly she puts extensions in her hair, and when she is Carmen she wears sunglasses during the day to hide her red eyes. She's careful not to let anyone see her tattoo on her back when she is Carmen.
5)Her powers came to her when she hit puberty. She’s able to slow time, but not to the point of stopping it. She can at least move fast enough for cameras to only pick up a blur. Since she’s so young, she hasn’t quite mastered it yet. Those are all her powers. She’s pretty simple when it comes to that. Lol
6) (as shown in the picture) 2 .454 casulls and 2 twin blades which she carried in a box on her back. Inside the box are lock picking tools and ect.

Dangerous beauty is most certainly accepted. And Burn, you'll have to post a character sheet before I can say anything. By 'based on the comics of the 50's and 60's, I just mean a more retro kind of feel. classic plots right out of most early popular hero comics and stuff. There'll be constant alien invasions and other cheesy stuff. Come to think of it, the rp would be even cooler if it took place in the 40's and 50's. You know, so the kids could be saying crap like "Gee willikers!"

Keep it classic. You could even pick a power that a lot of heroes already have. Just make up your own name. In short, give it a "The Incredibles" kind of feel. Eh, Beauty; your characters are still cool. Just dont go overboard with the reality-bending, Eh. Not too many deaths if possible, Beauty, m'lady?
