Storm vs. Rachel

Everyone says that Storm is always pitted against far more superior characters. Rachel Grey ranks lower than Apocalypse, Jean and Exodus so this might be a better match. Without phoenix.

I'll say Storm. She's actually messed with Rachel's concentration before and resisted her tp.

Not sure why the hate seems to follow Storm around worse than anyone except Hulk/Wolverine, but not all of it is deserved.
