Firelord gets ***** slapped by Hercules. Several times IIRC.

Well Quasar can absorb and redirect cosmic energy, he could literaly use Firelords power to augment his own through his Quantum bands.

So on that basis and the fact that he has handled opponents above Firelord on the power scale, I would go with Quasar.

i think quasar was on his way to beating surfer when he thru the fight to save the universe, so i think he can handle firelord,his bands just have an advantage here

Quaser 10/10

Has more variety and way better feats, for example, stalemating Galactus and a Watcher for quite a few panels (individually), defeating a phoenix avatar and herald level sorceror at the same time, containing ego, etc.

if you could mesure and rate there abilitys and powers on paper at first glance you would say firelord kicks Q's asstroid!

i meen hes stronger faster and has fire puring out of his head!!
but still we all know that quasar is wining this

and i dont think any one was even factoring in the starbrand!!! 😱

I'm pretty sure the starbrand got retconned, so he no longer has those powers.

i dont think it was retconned,as they brang it back at the end of quasars run, and made a mini out of those events
but at the level he had it,according to the tribunal it is miniscule,he would have to die(which he apparently has) and the starbrand would bring him back and be at nominal levels and keep rising
all of this is just my opinon,but i have alot of experience with the starbrand
but since mark greunhald and his wife have past away,i doubt we will see quasar again(sad)

quasar for a big majority. firelorf doesn't have the exotic control of energy that would be needed to pose much of a threat to quasar, who's handled ss and even phoenix.

excellent work,i thought they had met, is that when he was in the avengers?

I've seen Quasar do awesome things while I can't say the same for Firelord. Quasar ftw until I see anything otherwise.
