Not all Fifth dimensional imps are Batmite or Mxy. Just because you come from the fifth dimension does NOT make you omnipotent, and if we've never seen Superman 1M do something impressive with his imp powers, it would be mere speculation to assume that he COULD utilize Mxy-like power.
