so this is not the version of luthor that can duke it out with superman, anyway i wonder if luthor is smarter then stark, the thing about luthor is you see his plans a mile away if you have a brain, like batman.

Considering Luthor recently gave himself Superman-like powers I'd say hes smarter and more powerful Lex wins.

I don't see how Tony can win this.

Lex designs suits that give Superman trouble.

He created a synthetic meta-gene that could give anyone super-powers and he even gave himself Superman like powers.

I thought this was meant to be armor vs armor (based on the OP)

It just says both have armor. Like how they are similar.

1. Tony isn't the richest hero on Marvel Earth. Black Panther probably is.

2. Tony's out of his league here. As mentioned, Lex gave himself superman-powers, and has designed plenty of stuff to give Superman trouble, whereas Kal would shred Iron Man.
