Another i was also wondering(although it holds no relevance to this fight) Didn't Thor lose the Odin power at the end of the Ragnarok Saga and say if he were to awake from his sleep he would be without it.
you guys forget amoung his feats he rewound time, he was basically an abstract level magic being ive read. He had a hard time defeating desad i think but he still did win after he had the rune magic he'd probably have eaten desad for breakfest, anyway he is definatly stronger then odin with the rune magic, and as strong probably with the odin force, morg is just a herald less your talking about waters of life morg who owned all the other heralds and killed one, but galactus owned him.
