Sabretooth and Omega Red versus Green Goblin and Carnage

Wolverine's deadliest foes versus Spiderman's deadliest foes.

It'd be better if it was venom and carnage. GG isn't going to last very long.

I thought about venom and carnage but felt that was overkill. Also GG should not be underestimated, he is also superpowered and has a ton of arsenal plus he's the only one that can fly. I chose GG and carnage because I felt it was a more interesting team.

Carnage would definitely kick Sabe's ass.

Green Goblin gives team two a ariel advantage and he has some good weapons to.

Team two wins. Carnage can dish out both melee and long distance attacks, while Goblin can launch some aerial attacks. This really is a no-brainer.

Team 2. easily, how would Sabretooth and Omega Red even be able to attack Carnie and GG when theyre both airborne practically all the time?

Can someone tell me how powerfull Goblin's air attacks are? In the end, i think it comes down to Red and Carnage stalemated.
