I saw the picture in question and there was no visuals of nipple or snatch, therefore not pornography. Again, some signatures have been known to show nipples, and LethalFemme actually had one that showed the womans pubic region (when she noticed this she had that fixed).

And once again, there have been much worse on the forums. There are tons of signatures on KMC with women naked (strategically posed to show nothing), or near naked.
