HE wins. To those saying he was beaten by Herc. What incident are you referring to? It had better not be the one from the Avengers arc "The Evolutionary War" because Herc was amped by HE own tech!

The Hulk fiasco was a suicidal HE that wasn't trying to fight back and was actually going against his own armor in trying to help the Hulk kill him. He reformed from paste as if nothing happened and was more determined than ever to continue with his plans.

i find it funny how everytime thor is outclassed in a fight you can see always the same people voting for thor but they will never give actual reasons to how is he going to win they will just say thor and thumb up to each other up the a$$, while the people who vote for the other guy always got a legit and good reasoning to why thor would get his ass kicked

Has too many options to win, HE imo has to many poor showings to say he takes for a majority.

I honestly have no clue. He could stomp Thor, or he could get stomped by Thor and neither outcome would surprise me.

saying someone wont win even if he has the states to win just because he got low showings is fail.

it would depend on which incarnation of thor this is...plus just how determined HE is at the time. Honestly its a toss up

Thor has good and high showing in battle to say he can take this,HE doesnt have that many high showings in battle and low ones.

Pretty much.

It all goes back to feats vs portrayal vs power set. The thing that makes it tough to debate against Thor in most battles is that his fans can pretty much "feat" their way through any debate. You name it, Thor probably has a feat for it. Having said that, his portrayal on average is a little more even leveled (thanks in large part to Busiek), so one has to find a balance.
