I don't think we should choose people to 'represent' our team.

I think a team should collectively (through PM, I assume), choose a team for the tourney, and then we can set up threads for the two teams. Team members can debate for their own team, if they so desire, and a winner will be chosen at the end.

Or, if you want to simplify it...

Just skip the middle men, and give the Illuminati the winners' title now. 😎
