Chun Li vs Robert Garcia

The Gen'ei Kyaku vs the Hykaretsu Kyaku, or Chinese Martial Arts vs Ryugeki-level Kyokugenryu Karate.

Robert Garcia, the heir to the Garcia Financial Clique and Kyokugenryu disciple, claims that Chun Li has ripped off his Gen'ei Kyaku. When Ken notifies Chun Li about this claim, all she can do is just scoff at Garcia's claims, dismissing him as a 'Duncan Macleod knockoff.'

Apparently, those were fighting words, as Garcia is on the next flight to Hong Kong, where Chun Li is paying her respects to Gen. Robert enters the Genhanten Restaurant and finds Chun Li, demanding a match, since he still claims that she had ripped off his move.

Seeing that this wasn't going to go away anytime soon, Chun Li accepts, under the terms that should Robert loses, then he must make a hefty donation to a charity of Chun Li's choosing.

IMO, it would be a decent fight, but I could see Chun Li beating King. She's been training since she was 5 and is a top candidate for the winner of the SF2 tournament(along with Guile). She is more likely to have won seeing how Urien clearly states" Your legendary legs are said to have destroyed 'that organization"(Shadaloo) and he also says "Let me see for myself, if the rumors about you are true..." Giving a strong backing to the fact she may have won the tournament and it was Bison and Chun Li's battle that Gouki interrupted. Even if she didn't win the tournament she definitely came in 2nd, a feat I can't see Robert accomplishing.
