If he can take out Spiderman with prep, then he can do it to Wolverine.
You dont know what youre talking about, its a lot of people that wolverine has fought that is faster than him (speed demon and quick silver) and he has beaten them. Its a lot of people that is stronger than himi (he almost killed the hulk as death. Beat the hell out of thing also), its a lot of people that he have fought that is faster and stronger than him (namor for instance, beat him twice) and he has owned them. So whats your point along with everyone else point about someone being quicker and stronger (not referring to everyone that voted). Wolverine wins his fight due to superior fighting ability, healing factor, and experience (he also have speed of his own, alone with acute senses, and enhanced strength, and is quite agile.)
