Galactus.

He's supposedly very powerful, but he jobs so much to beings who shouldn't even register on his radar.

Captain America
he can seemingly hit ANYTHING with his shield if we follows the style of mostmembers, and can with pure skills defeat spiderman with ease...

Been done, but I'd nominate Spider-man & Wolverine. They're both underrated at times too.
