Yeah, I also wish that they would stop beating around the bush and just SHOW us the freakin' trailer! Even, though I can be patient like a good little POTC fan.

There be something on the waters that even the staunchest and most bloodthirsty pirates have come to fear.

One might wonder what in the hell such a thing can be. Is it reference to the Kraken? Or possibly it is something that has been awakened by whosoever controls the heart of Davy Jones. I don't believe that a Kraken cannot independently maintain control of the sea by itself, so such an object of fear would either be an army of something or some artifact lurking in the sea which would be able to do something along the lines of shifting tides and waves and so on and so forth. Basically it has to be something that most pirates are unable to fight back at.
