No, it's the complete version of Ninja Gaiden. In the game, there are more weapons, enemies, abilities, and you could play as different characters.

It's basically another remake though.

Same here. While I have become a hardcore NG fan I am not willing to spend 600 bucks for just one game. Specially if there's a high probability that Ninja Gaiden 2 will come for the 360(A console I already know) I only wish it was released for the 360 as well. Exclusives are so last-gen.
