I think it's almost certain that it will be a mishima. It has been the last 4 games.

Anyways, I'm positive that it wasn't Heihachi who won T5. His ending makes it so obvious that he didn't. I don't think Jinpachi won the tournament either otherwise he would've destroyed the world. Most likely, Jin or Kazuya won the tournament, though I think it's more likely than Jin won T5.

It's either Jin or Asuka. (Yeah Asuka, it IS possible!) It might go this way, Devil Jin beats Jinpachi, then Asuka comes and turns him back into Normal Jin KOing him in the process.
As we can see from her ending she has the same powers (to switch off the devil gene) like Jun had.

But Kazuya would still beat Heihachi 😈

No, that was Heihachi's ending. Kazuya's ending was him punching Jinpachi into dust and giving a sinister chuckle to the camera.
