jobbing to superman is one thing, but to set it up in a duel fashion and have darkseid give up to him. its disgraceful while thanos has neevr uttered the words i yield. the superman stroy wasnt crap either. unlike the squirrel girl story which has thanos appearing out of nowhere to be beaten off panel i mean if u respect that story i feel bad for ur brain.
Quanchi, give it up for godsake, your turning this into a "Why I think Thanos is cooler" thread. The Superman showings are just like the Thanoscopter showing, they're both bad portrayals of the characters. Both fall under pis, because they're stand alone showings, among many good Showings. Superman has defeated 3 times, Darkseid has swapped him away, like over 8 or 9 times. When you have a few bad showings, many good ones, then it's called pis(plot induced stupidity). Man your stubborn, I've tried to explain this to you, but you continue to block it out.
edit: No Batman didn't knock out some Darkseid's teeth.
but thanos in the helicopter was before ninety nine percent of the world including marvels writers knew who he was. i wasnt sure about the batman thing my freind told me that ill ask him next time i talk to him. the reason i always bring up the one superman loss is cuz it was a duel. one on one no plot devices and no powerups. it wasnt some story wehre darkseid was defeated off panel. it was believeable. people have to realize darkseid can and will lose. i rarely bring up the one where darkseid was hiding in a barn cuz it was ridicuolus. then to make it worse wonderwoamn comes out of mowhere to deflect darkseids beams. that story was crap.

dont know how the confrontation took place but unless it was a jla book they have no business having batman even in the same room as darkseid. he should never compete, unless batamn has three years prep and darkseid is in a coma the whole time and wakes up with amnesia. then they fight immediately.

What happened in the book wasn't too far off from your interesting scenario... Bats got that ass whooped.
ur tellin me superman with his powers has no right beating darkseid. superman has some nifty powers and when he is pushed up against a wall he hits pretty hard. to save a mans life he could take darkseid and did, that one counts. i dont bring up the other ones. but if some writer decided to have the silver surfer beat thanos in reality id have to accept it. it could happen. silver surfer is no slouch and neither is superman. so accept the one defeat. darkseid isnt used to fighting in one on one battles. he isnt used to a fair fight, that is why he lost and becuz he was overconfident.

agreed. that story was PIS so if quanchi is still debating for darkseid, he'll need better examples than that.
