I said he could solo him, I didn't say one-shot. He can one-shot Thanos, but he would have to actually make an effort to beat Highfather. And if you haven't figured it out by now, DC works alot differently than Marvel, especially as regards the new gods. 😉

and yes i do know dc works differently than marvel and i also know this. in dc darkseid has a rival someone to be his exact polar opposite correct. high father is darkseids nemesis his true foe. high father wont get to kill him becuz darkseid is slated to die by his sons hands even though there is this antipatricide clause. its hard following along with all this new gods crap. over in marvels universe thanos has no true polar opposite. for he is thanos if titan. and there will be no other thanos, but there will be another darkseid, hence thanos is thanos and darkseid is just a power that will eventually find a new host in orion. am i right? if im wrong correct me please.

You don't read DC at all, do you? doped Izaya (Highfather) has been dead for quite awhile. Takion is the new Highfather. Darkseid created Stayne, who is Takion's equal in power and abilities.
Both Stayne and Takion could solo Thanos.

i knew high father was dead but havent kept on it, didnt know if he came back yet or not. things change quickly in comics. i know of the new gods old school but dont keep up on them. im sure ull all keep me informed about the current situation of countdown. ok back to the deabte darkseid didnt even kill his rival another god from another pantheon did it. ares beat him to the punch, it makes darkseid look weak not to kill his rival and have some other lesser god do it.
okay i'm just saying dont want my head bitten off but i actually started reading some comics with darkseid in it and he is one BAD@$$. i mean the things he does is unbelieveable and he does them with an evil grin. i USED to think he wasn't so great but man is he kick@$$. anyway sorry but darkseid would wipe the floor with thanos so many horrible time then erased him out of existence courtesy of his OE.
