No cosmic projection powers and has I said already today Hulk has survived a disintegrated beam from the Celestial Order beings that killed Namor and Strange when they were hit by it.
Those weren't Celestials either, so I don't see your point.
That is like saying that James Bond has survived Surfer's cosmic blast, so that means he could survive Galactus's cosmic blast.

Thor's hammer did not get destroyed by the strike on Exitar armor it was destroyed when he wraped his hammer with his strength belt increasing the power of the god force he tryed on Exitars brain
Thats why I used IIRC = If I Recall Correctly, in other words, I remember his hammer getting destroyed when fighting Exitar but am not 100% clear on how.
Thanks for filling in the blanks though, it has been the best part of a decade since I read it.
Rest of my post is still valid though, Hulk still dies...

Hulk can't maunver in space. The Celestial could just leave him there to starve.

there won't be any disintegration. This is a pure physical brawl.
You know nothing at all of the Celestials, and you might as well paint "ignorant" on your back, if you think Hulk even stands a chance in this fight.

um, the celestials can't rip something into molecules without tapping beyond their physical power
OK since this fight is pointless lets switch the Celestial's opponent to this guy:
