If Fabian can enhance Scrabler in time they should be able tear Supes apart.

Probably.

His speed is so vastly superior that they probably wouldn't have a chance to react.

This would be better without the option of a SpeedBlitz (but then I wouldn't be able to come up with an answer)

Apocalypse beats Superman alone. He is smarter has powerful tech he is more versatile.

Magneto or Apocalypse can do it alone. The two of them together and with others on the team would be overtkill.
