I see that ultimate Cyke inhance with kick could fly but wasn't using his eye beams to do that..

It'd look funny flying with eye beams, you'll mostly be going backwards most a times, not to mention blind. Lolz

Eyebeams if you have other powers like strength and speed. hand beams otherwise.
