I go to work for 5 hours and the TP level has changed

The GLC are putting in two teams(Kinda of desperate sounding 😛)

Emma can read minds from America to England with no real problem. I can't think of any true telepath who can't actually reach out past the limits of even the largest cities.

But it's not only a question about range. What about linking up with everyones mind in a city.

Some telepaths are capable of linking up with everyone on a planetary scale.

I can think of... two telepaths who've actually done that.

For the Planetary thing I've got 4 possibly 5

It's not really a point, it's just a way to categorise the level of telepathy in the competition.

The gauge in telepathy is actually Emma Frost/AquaMan level and apparently Jean Grey(No Phoenix Force) falls into that level.

One of the telepaths that performed a city wide feat. has some really bad showings in TP combat and I'd actually place them below Emma Frost. level.

Anything City Level would be around that Mid-tier bracket.

It's just less confusing then Emma Level. Because some could argue that Jean Grey(No FP) > Then Emma and AquaMan(Individually of course) in TP. And therefore shouldn't be allowed.

But we say Thing level when we talk about strength. And Quicksilver level on speed. And Dr. Light level for energy. Saying Emma Frost, or Rachel Summers just gives one a clearer picture of the limit than "city level".

I know what you mean but it's technical stuff. When you say Emma Frost I know what you mean, you mean mid tier telepath. However what if I wanted to draft an (Emma Frost + 0.05). It could then be argued that (Emma Frost + 0.05) is over the cap limit and therefore shouldn't be allowed. This may as well apply to all the limits set in place not just telepathy.
I know it's slightly more confusing but it just seems "safer" for everyone. Or I could just be paranoid.
