After getting a slight beat down from Doc Oc while making fun of his costume. He's lying on the ground in pain and Otto asks "Who do you work for? law enforcement? S.H.I.E.L.D.?"
Spidey- "I'm with the haircut police...there's a fifty dollar fine for bowl cuts in New York."
