Dc Fans Help!!!

Can Anyone help me fill in this roster or figure out who the other members of the Young Justice are from this picture (I know it's very blurry, but I can't find a better pic)

This is a blank...

... And what I've figured out on my own so far

The lobo is actually Slobo, one of Lobo's clones that escaped.
Jakeem Thunder is between Stargirl and Ray.
Captain Marvel Jr is easy to spot. May be CM3 too however. I get them confused sometimes.
The entire Supermen of America team is there, consisting of Outburst, White Lotus, Brahma, Pyrogen, Loser and Psilencer.

He refers to himself as CM3 because if he says Captain Marvel he reverts back to being human. Of course he could just say CM Jr. but whatever.

Young Justice was an awesome series.
I liked Fite and Madd from the All Purpose Enforcement Squad. A.P.E.S. lol.

Actually, one of them in the picture too, with his back to us, says APES On his back.

They were just humans from A.P.E.S. The very best Agents they had.
The "had more clearance than God" stuff, was something they always said, and kinda fit because they could pop up anywhere at any time and merely flash ID's around and everything would go their way.
Agent Fite was Empress' father.
