I'm quite partial to youtubex.com. Call me odd for not wishing for downloads. Well anyways I was until I found out its for the most part compatible with just FLV players. Basically expect to do more work converting the flv format to avi if you want more compatiblity over different players. Which is why I pretty much stopped.
