I don't think it'll drag out in the way the other two did (and Shrek the Third will). It won't have the longetivity to the masses, the wide appeal et cetera.

I just read that "Transformers" made a quarter of a billion dollars worldwide, so far. It hasn't even been a week since the films release. Also, it cost 150 mil to make.
