The GLC I believe came out of the Authority only was more square and geeky as I understand it. I know of having read a number of posts in the JLAKMC and Authority threads at least one member who turned down joining it. In the days when it was even more elitist.

um, this is a rather important query, given that the draft is tonight! someone want to answer? i'd thought we would simply repeat the order in the first 2 rds in the LAST 2 rds, but scoob thinks differently. doesn't matter how we do it to me, but i would like to know the format.
