Tyrant doesn't use Power Cosmic as far as I know.

Uhhhh. Im lost. Are you guys talking about Captain Marvel(Billy) or Shazam the Wizard?

Billy hasnt really shown and of Shazams powers. At least not that i know of. In DoV he was amped with magic from people all over the DCU.

there talking about captian marvel i think but during day of vengeance where alot of warriors gods where feeding power into him.
