Carnage and Toxin vs the X-MEN

This would be an interesting fight? I'll say carnage and toxin wins easily. Storm would be the biggest problem though... Oh well, what do you think?

List of X-Men:
Cyclops
Wolverine
Beast
Nightcrawler
Rogue
Storm
:End list:

We need a list of X-Men, without it then all the X-Men would curbstomp them beyond belief.
