However back to the topic of even DS vs Spiderman I still vote for DS due to gear and the fact he'll kill with zero guilt of hesitation and he is very very quick and agile.

The comparison is a valid one.
It's analogous to proving a limit is bounded or not.
If limit A is greater than limit B, and A is bounded, than B is bounded.
😬. It's like saying Person A would have trouble with person B, so someone MUCH stronger than person B should give Person A MUCH more trouble....
And, obviously, Midnighter and Deathstroke combined are MUCH more formidible than Captain America.

You're saying DS isn't "super" anythin and once again your mistaken, Deathstroke is more of a low A or High B-list martial arts guy but his overwhelming stats make up for it.
If in H2H you mean DS gets no swords or any other weapons then I I would need to think about that some more for who would win majority.
What people don't realise is one of the reasons why Cap can't be compared to MN'er and Deathstroke is the whole psychological edge in fighting him and the difference in skill levels.
When any MU hero fights Cap there's a whole mental block that they're fighting Captain Freaking America and are either on the wrong side of things or can't hit the spirit of all that is right with the world causing them to hold back and fight with clouded judgement. This psychological effect, needless to say, does not exist with DS and MNer. Spidey would win this more times then not.

Well if you read the latest new avengers Spiderman was fighting ninjas along side other avengers. Nowhere did he say IF could you please help me out. Obvoulsy it depends on how good the ninjas are.

Deathstroke didn't lose to Green Arrow in a straight fight.
He was sitting in the mayor's office, and got hit with a wrecking ball, and covered in some glue substance and dropped into more of the glue, and then Arrow came at him with a sword. His new technique took Deathstroke off guard for a moment. By the time he caught his bearings a ton of guys with guns were aiming down into the hole they were fighting in. He then surrendered. In no way was he beaten.
