Iron Man was the versatility cap ... someone must have written down as "Tech" by accident and everyone just sort of let it get stuck in there ... Iron Man is not the tech cap as we're allowing the likes of Box and Guardian in here.

Ask him again ... as far as I know, Doom wasn't allowed because of Magic ... nothing else.

Mimic was also banned earlier for breaking the speed caps ... but now that a precedent has been set with Mar-Vell, he should be allowed in but limited to mach 10 ... same with a few others.
