Blood lust is on (for Hulk) and after each battle he is restored to full health. The only one who gets to use prep, is Hulk, and he gets 1 day prep between each fight (although I'm not sure if it would do him any good).

Sentry has a calming effect on the hulk.

Don't forget all those on par characters have had to have a positive impact on Hulk's overall combat ability. I think he clears it not counting Dr. Strange.
