I believe I told you how Nuul tried contacting him on fb. "Forgot my pw / don't have time".

Now that registrations are possible again (thank you, Raz), he could simply make a new acc, but it appears he's not interested in coming back.

That was a very involved BZ. The weirdest part was how subdued and apologetic quan was though. He must have done something questionable in real life and got caught, like let the cat lick his balls.

It's crazy. He did always use "working 70 hours this week" as excuses for things, so I'm sure that's what his "don't have the time" would refer to.
