That just shows how inconsistent Norrin can be. Really bad feats and really good feats need to be taken with a grain of salt. On average, yeah, he's extremely durable... but enough to not feel one of Superman's hardest punches? 😕

The first time they fought, Morg owned Surfer like you wouldn't believe. And the majority of the beating was physical.

On a consistent basis Surfer is shown to be durable, but no, not enough so to easily shrug off Superman's punches.
