It's a good thing people understand that is really is Conan, unless someone tries something wetoddid. Conan wins against any human and against a good number of metahumans.

The cimmerean decimates Nightwing. Batman would have to work for getting 6/10 H2H, and even he can't beat Conan in a sword fight. Nightwing's gadgets can give him the win, but I'm not sure he'll get the chance to use them.

NW would have to keep away from him. You are underestimating NW everyone. He would play it smart.
