What I mean is you say MM could mindrape Spectre and such but he wouldn't be able to mindrape this version of Xavier?

This is one of those fights where it could go either way IMO. Both are incredibly powerful and incredibly underrated characters, but I'm more inclined to go for an Xavier win, but I'm a little bias as I vastly prefer Xavier as a character ✅

He didn't mindrape Spectre. He telepathically touched HAL JORDAN's mind, through. And Hal never resisted it, rather rode along with it, because he came to his senses.
I doubt he'd ever want to touch the mind of the wrath of god.
