Who would win?

Is ScarletSpidey herald level or something?

No but he will be ground level after The Juggernaut runs him over

Abilities: None, now that he's dead
Equipment: Web-Shooters, Spider-Tracers
Weapons: Impact Webbing, Stingers
Limitations: Ben Reilly was a mortal, and was apparently vulnerable to rocket gliders being run through his back.
